Our project in the 7th arrondissement was a full refurbishment which allowed us to undertake a project of great quality for a surface measuring 120 cm2. In this apartment, we did a lot of work. Amongst other things, we removed loadbearing walls, created a new plumbing and electricity system, scoured the heaters, painted the apartment, changed all the windows and added moldings.
Le moldings were created using a mold which was specially made to measure for the client, to give the space character and make it more harmonious. The bathroom was also a big project because we had to create it entirely: we conceived, with the help of 3D visuals, a new bathroom with toilets, and with, at the client’s request, heated walls and floors. For this, we called a team of professionals with whom we have been working for several years. We are always eager to propose solutions that are customized and adapted to each space. In this project for example, we had tailor made lamps created for the living room, which gives it a distinct style.
