Maître Albert - 5th arrondissement of Paris

Flat

The Maître Albert project, in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, is a full refurbishment of an apartment in a XVIIth century building which had been renovated in the 70s and deserved to be modernized and redesigned.  Re-novateurs was here to help! The goal was simple : give the apartment more unity and continuity. We had the woodwork made to measure, in the kitchen, bathroom, walk-in closet, wardrobe, laundry room and library. The floor was entirely tiled before we started. We changed this by installing hardwood floors in a pattern which we designed especially for the apartment. It adds a touch of modernity and brings harmony to the apartment. To continue in this aesthetic spirit, we found it important to underling the apartment’s lines by building the baseboards into the walls in order to make them invisible and give the rooms a smoother, more pure aspect. We also used a home automation system that is centralized in the hallway by means of controls, to make the living space even more functional.

We were given “carte blanche” on this project, and the clients were fully satisfied with the result. Do not hesitate to call us for your future projects.
